ionic missing controls

This project collect and migrate controls in other mobile UI framework or open-source components that not included in Ionic2 framework.
And integrate fontawesome library in this ionic project.
clone this repository and cd directory then run:
$ npm install
$ ionic serve

Thank you! But the ionic 2 rc4 version causes an error at "this.content.addScrollListener" (file "smtimg-ctrlr.ts") however I was able to solve the issue by replacing the line "this.content.addScrollListener" with "this.content.ionScroll.subscribe" :)
the problem has fixed in recent update based on ionic2 final version, thanks for your response!
