Ionic ResearchKit

An open source plugin equivalent of Apple's ResearchKit Framework built on Ionic which makes it easy to create cross-platform hybrid native apps for medical research or for other research projects.

Fork it on Github - https://github.com/ninoguba/ionic-researchKit

Note: This is an Ionic Starter app that uses the Ionic ResearchKit plugin

Installation Steps:

  1. Download the repo on Github (for the latest version)
  2. Unzip the repo in your target working directory
  3. Launch your Terminal then go to the repo's directory
  4. Run 'npm install -g cordova ionic bower'
  5. Run 'bower install'
  6. Run 'ionic serve'
  7. If running for iOS, run 'ionic platform add ios'
  8. If running for Android, run 'ionic platform add android'

Jessica, you're free to use any backend for your app. You'll need to implement them as a service in your angular app.

Jessica, after installing cordova, ionic, bower via npm you should run 'bower install' to get all the other app dependencies. once complete and without errors you can now run 'ionic serve'. Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes.
