Also it appears there's no 'ios' dir in the 'platforms' dir (there is an 'android' dir in there, at least) which causes commands like `ionic build ios` to fail.

Can you share what type of Quick Start guide you recommend. I tried uploading only android platform files as size got huge as i am just developing my app and sharing starter files here. But Latest files are available at github with iOS and Android. https://github.com/asimkh/apps/tree/haz
